Carlos, the founder of Biarte, spent his childhood on a coffee farm nestled in the picturesque volcanoes of Atitlan, Guatemala. During his first trip to the United States, he packed some of the farm's products to take a piece home with him. After sharing the food with his friends, it was an instant hit and quickly gained popularity. As demand grew, each subsequent trip back home meant he had to bring more products to share. This experience sparked an idea in Carlos's mind. Founded in Austin, Texas, Biarte has deep roots connected to Guatemala. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at info@biartecoffee.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to 937 Reinli St, Suite 6, Austin, TX 78751. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
