Golden oyster mushrooms have a nutty flavor that adds a nice cashew taste to any dish. These mushrooms go great in any Italian style recipe such as mushroom risotto and chicken marsala, and also pair well with curry dishes. Because of their more wholesome flavor, they also are great additions to round out any broth you are making to get that full-bodied soup base. Best if cooked and eaten with in 1-3 days.

This oyster mushroom has a more traditional mushroom flavor. It is earthy with a little bit of anise spice that adds some complexity to the flavor profile.
