Cross Country Nurseries is a family-owned organic and sustainable nursery located in rural Hunterdon County, New Jersey, approximately one hour southwest of New York City and one hour north of Philadelphia. From no-heat habanero powders all the way to the super hot Carolina Reaper pepper powder, there is a chile powder for everyone. Where else but Cross Country Nurseries can you find a Zavory or White Ghost Pepper pepper powder? And certified organic! A great gift for a heat lover (including yourself!), or anyone looking to enhance their culinary experience. We use only the peppers we grow ourselves on the farm, and they are dried and ground on-site. Grinding the super hot peppers is serious business, and we wear full-face respirators and Tyvek suits when processing. With our precision applicator - no Tyvek suit is needed for application. Twist open, tap onto your food, and add instant heat and flavor to any meal. Spice up eggs, chile, or our favorite - add to mayo for an instant spicy mayo dip.
