Order Processing Times All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During holiday seasons or other extenuating circumstances, delays of up to 5-7 business days may be experienced. Although, our objective is to process all orders as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience. Refund policy We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all of our products. Simply return the partially used, or unused items within 90 days of purchase for a refund. The refund will be issued as a credit to the payment method used at the time of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Simply email us (info@desertforager.com) with your intent to return the item you've purchased from our online store. We will confirm your return via email and once again upon receipt at our production facility. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of your package we will issue the refund, minus the 15% restocking fee, back to the original payment method used within 5 business days of receiving the returned item/s. You can alternately choose to exchange an item of equal value, or pay the difference for an item of greater value. All shipping is paid for by the customer on returns and exchanges.
