WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Free Shipping
We offer free USPS Priority Mail (1-4 Business Days) shipping on all orders
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED?
All orders with Free Shipping are processed and shipped every Tuesday via USPS Priority Mail.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Order cut-off time for Tuesday shipments is Sunday by end-of-day (11:59 PM PST).
We only ship within the United States. We do not ship to Hawaii.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If order processing is delayed locally on the farm due to inclement weather or other force majeure events we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
If the mail carrier is delayed en route with your shipment than automatic updates with a revised delivery date will be sent via email and/or SMS.
Either way, we always stay in-touch each step of the way until your order arrives safe and sound!
RETURN POLICYThank you for your purchase. We hope every customer is happy with their purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied please see below for information on our return policies, including our '💯 Freshness Guarantee'.
PERISHABLE ITEM RETURN & REFUND PROCESS
All perishable items are covered by our '💯 Freshness Guarantee' policy. If any perishable items do not arrive in the proper condition to be enjoyed than Good Hill Farms will replace or refund the item.
To submit a claim under this policy please submit photo evidence of the item's defects by email to customer service at support@goodhillfarms.com within 48 hours of the item's delivery
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your claim to process your replacement or refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will stay in touch throughout this process to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
NON-PERISHABLE ITEM RETURN PROCESS
To return a non-perishable item, please email customer service at support@goodhillfarms.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label. After receiving a RMA number and shipping label, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

NON-PERISHABLE ITEM REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when you return has been processed.
