Our 70% Uganda is one of our best selling chocolates, preferred by restauranteurs and hoteliers alike. Use this in any fine baking, desserts or as coverture for chocolate enthusiasts. We use no fillers, flavorings or emulsifiers in our chocolate, just three premium ingredients.The art of single-origin chocolate is that we use only the cacao from one specific farm in one specific region in the world. Like craft coffee, every bean has its own genetics, terroir, rainfall and more that vastly effects its flavor. We start from the fermented cacao beans and take them through a tedious nine-step process to get the finished product. Our job is to accentuate the specific flavors and characteristics of each origin's cacao by working the chocolate in different ways, from roasting to grinding to conching. The result is chocolates with vastly unique characteristics and flavor profiles like fudge, nuts, citrus, berries, even floral notes.
