Jah Mama Sauce
Jah is a tastemaker. Born Jahphet Negast Landis in Cólon, Panama to a beloved rastafarian elder and a god fearing, loving mother. Jah was raised in Brooklyn and inspired from a young age by Latin, Caribbean, and NYC street culture. He spent most of his life building an impressive résumé in music under the name "Roofeeo." In more recent years, he developed his skills in the kitchen, regularly cooking for friends and family with the ideal of community always in the forefront.
He, like you, spent 2020 in quarantine, experiencing the dichotomy of grief at the loss of his mother only two years prior, and the joy in sensory memories of her home cooked recipes and the love that poured through them. Jah’s Mama always came through with the sauce, mailing it to him when he migrated to the west coast. Her homemade hot sauce, a staple to all the dishes he grew up eating, guaranteed the warmth of home was always near.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order.
SHIPPING METHODS, TIMES, & TRACKING
We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Shipping options show approximate transit times after the order is processed, and does not include the 1-3 business days required to process orders.
We ship from California using FedEx, UPS, and regional carriers. Delivery times vary by destination and can take 2-14 days to deliver to the final address once processed depending on your location. Specific estimates are provided for each state at checkout. After your order has shipped, tracking information is sent out in a shipping confirmation email.

CANCELLING OR MODIFYING YOUR ORDER
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
RETURNS
Due to their perishable nature, our products may not be returned nor exchanged. All sales are final.
