Make an amazingly flavorful slab sandwich,  add your own toppings for a thick deep dish like pizza , cut into squares and dip it in a lovely bread oil dip. It's thick ,airy fluffy  and to top it off! It freezes well for future consumption. ;-) 
Each full size loaf weights 2 pounds and measures 9 x 13 inches. they can be halved and frozen if preffered!.
