2 oz worth of a natural, healing, antimicrobial, antibacterial, anti inflammatory, and soothing salve containing ground ivy, beeswax, and a touch of olive oil for consistency. 

Ground ivy is a type of wild mint that I wildcrafted and blended with locally sourced beeswax. It has incredible benefits on the skin. 

Ground ivy specifically also has antimicrobial properties that protect against a wide range of bacteria and even fungi. It also has anti inflammatory properties that help soothe skin and reduce irritation and even bruising. It even increases collagen  and other repair proteins where applied which increases the skin's ability to heal itself quicker and better. 

Now for the beeswax! The beeswax I used was locally sourced from a small business that does not use preservatives or fillers. Beeswax is capable of forming a protective layer over the skin, while helping it to stay hydrated and even following to add to the benefits of the salve by being antibacterial and antimicrobial itself! The thick salve forms a thick, protective, healing layer.

Syrup

This loose syrup possesses a robust, vibrant taste that requires only a small quantity for a significant impact. Its sweetness carries a rich pine essence that evokes the freshness of a stroll through the woods.

Three ingredients only! This syrup uses young, green pine cones. I take dark brown sugar and the young cones and ferment them on my sunny ledge. These have been aged eight to nine long months then boiled together to create a thick, luscious syrup, a little water to prevent crystallization ~ and that's it - the only ingredients are young pine cones (removed after boiling) brown sugar, and a little water! 

A lot of "spruce syrups" on the market are called "simple sugars" because they're primarily made by boiling water and sugar and infusing the spruce tip flavor in that. This syrup is much different and closer to the traditional method where the spruce tips gradually release their very own moisture with little water added but a lot of patience needed! It is aged into aromatic perfection.

According to healthline.com, reishi mushroom is potentially helpful to boosting immunity in relation to white blood cells, containing anticancer properties, decrease anxiety and depression, and boost general energy levels. More research is doubtlessly needed but some progress has been made to show benefits.

It's also known for helping blood sugar levels and improving heart health. Of course it also contains antioxidants! I personally find that it helps me the most with sleep. This tincture was made by both an alcohol and a water based extraction. Reishi mushroom has components and benefits that cannot be fully drawn out by one method alone so both were used to make this tincture in particular.
