I founded Seed & Shell with the belief that we can all harness the seeds of potential within us and break free from our shell of self-limiting beliefs to achieve our dreams. 

In 2019 I reached a breaking point and was wearing myself thin with no work-life balance. While I always had a passion for wellness, I could never make enough time for it given the demands of life. (We've all been there right?) Pistachios became one of my favorite healthy snacks that I always kept around because I could rely on them to power through my work day and also to keep me satisfied. 

Inspired by my love for pistachios (which are, technically speaking, seeds and not nuts), I founded Seed & Shell so others could enjoy pistachios in a fresh new way (like with our pistachio butter). I hope that Seed & Shell serves as a reminder for you to know that you too have the power of transformation within you waiting to be discovered. That's why our core mission is to encourage you to nourish your seeds of growth and to break free from your shell of self-imposed limitations to uncover your potential.
