This blend was crafted with coffees from Central America, South America and Africa to create a unique and versatile espresso that works in a variety of brewing methods. Roast level: DarkSize: 12ozWe roast our coffee to order on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and orders are shipped within 24 hours of roasting.  Orders received by 8 pm PST the day prior to roasting will be included in the following day's roast schedule. We roast to order and ship the very next day to provide you with the freshest cup possible
