Beverages

Acorn Coffee - caffeine free containing Valley Oak acorn flour from Thousand Oaks, CA and spices: cardamon, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, and anise. Place one teaspoon in a coffee or tea steeper or coffee filter. Steep in an 8 oz cup for 1 or 2 minutes to achieve desired strength. Can add milk if desired. Makes 20 cups.

Rice, Flour, Grain, Pasta

Each bag of acorn flour is 200 grams of Acorn Flour made from Valley Oaks in a commercial kitchen. They are shelled, boiled, roasted, ground and bagged in a commercial kitchen. Our Acorn crop was delayed dropping so we have to wait to process our acorns until they have dried. I will let you know when we are able to process them.
