Mutton Hollow Homestead, Adirondack Mountains

Welcome to the wonderful place I call home, nestled in the mountains of the Adirondack State Park in New York State. As well as foraging off our 117 acres of mixed hardwoods, spruce and pine, we also grow our own root crops using heirloom seeds and fertilizer from our horse, no pesticides used at all. I pride myself on offering freshly foraged mushrooms, and plants that I turn in to teas as well as selling them loose leaf and also offer flour alternatives too.
