West Coast Wild Foods is the result of a lifetime spent in the mountains and forests of the Pacific Northwest, exploring and learning about the wonderful wild mushrooms and other wild foods that our beautiful region has to offer.
Our goal is to make the natural wild foods that grow in our forests more accessible by working directly with local foragers that practice sustainable harvesting, and to bring this ever-changing and growing line of specialty products from forest to plate. As we learn and grow, we look forward to sharing our discoveries and our vision with you!
