Keep in sealed bag and store out of sunlight. Keeping them dry and dark will preserve them for years. Food safe silica packet is reusable and should be kept with mushrooms.

Rehydrate then sauté. Great in soups or sauces. Grind down and use as a meat rub for chicken, pork or beef.
