An heirloom corn that has a wide variety of applications. The large kernels do well as a hominy, masa, flour. Traditionally it is grown in Toluca, Mexico where it is made into a stew called pozole.

These seeds come directly from our small farm here in Fallsington, PA. This particular variety was lovingly grown at our corn plots in Fallsington to ensure isolation.
