We are one of the few sellers of wild shelled shagbark hickory nuts. All of our hickory nuts are wild foraged only relying on what nature provides in a given year. Hickory trees are masting trees only producing large crops of nuts every 2-3 years. This allows nature to guide us to different areas year to year as to not over harvest one particular area.
