this tincture was made with fresh staghorn sumac berries. i wild foraged them and tinctured them fresh in vodka at their peak season, which is late summer in my knick of the woods.

i made this tincture for men that get up all night to pee.
it is a model astringent and checks fluxes of all kinds (saliva, sweat, urine, diarrhea)
it's sour, cooling + astringent
it works specifically well for bladder issues. especially when you're having trouble controlling urination.
try 10 drops before bed so that the issue can be slowly tonified. it doesn't take long to see results.
bigger doses will show farther reaching astringency and might not be what you're looking for, unless you're having excessive bowel activity. it would check that promptly.

i think it would also be nice for certain patterns of acid reflux. if you can't fast comfortably because you have too much stomach acid and it goes crazy on an empty belly, this would be a great remedy for you. these people tend to feel hot even when others feel cold. they may tend to get red easily. they may have a red pointy tongue with a big crack in the middle with no coating on the tongue.

store tinctures out of direct sunlight and at moderate room temperatures. it does not hurt to refrigerate them but is not necessary.
