If you are trying to make authentic Valencian paella, this is the required bean! Allow plenty of room for these to climb and they will produce large numbers of beautiful beans from 85 days out until frost finally takes them out. Can be picked for fresh eating at 3-4 months but best left to dry on the vine and picked in Autumn.
