From these seeds come pawpaws that I fell in love with at 1st bite in 2018 when I moved to Blue Springs, MO!!
Not only do I taste every pawpaw I process, separating the good from the bad, but I save the good seeds and discard the bad, which means these seeds have a higher chance of producing delicious pawpaws!!
I understand that seed germination can be hit or miss. I personally threw out hundreds of seeds in my backyard, yet I only have a couple dozen; which is why I'm quite generous with my pricing. So please, don't shy away from this great growing opportunity!!
Update: I now see why they're pricey. I mistakenly sold dry seeds, which has an almost 0% germination rate. Luckily, there were seeds I neglected that are actually viable!! I have over 100 seeds in a pot filled with moist potting mix. When damp, pawpaw seeds have ~95% germination rate. I actually have at least 1 that's already started to sprout!!
