The trick to a successful germination of the seeds is to sow seeds before last frost, so late winter.
Or you can also sow in early spring just put the packet in the freezer for a few days first, then sow.

-Please keep in mind these seeds are for germination and growing of flowers, VERY different from seeds that are prepared for eating, those seeds are heat treated for mold and also likely washed, you dont want to introduce moisture to seeds and then now sow them...
When seed shopping please note the difference between eating or sowing from the vendor ;-)
Most bulk seeds are all pre-treated for consumption making them not viable for sowing.
