Turmeric is harvested after the frost and stored in the bins of dirt until shipping. Your turmeric will come with some fine dirt particles on it (it will last longer!) unless you specify you want it clean. Our tubers are intended for consumption or planting. Non-certified organic.

Store in refrigerator, keeping slightly moist. You can also store turmeric in sand/soil until needed.
