We infuse French Guerandais sea salt with French Pinot Gris, then blend in oyster mushrooms that have been locally foraged by a certified mushroom forager and dried in a proprietary method. This artisan wine salt is both beautiful to look at and delicious. It can be used in a rub, but truly shines as a finishing salt. Approximately 42 g.
