Each year we grow a giant garden of our favorite vegetables. Most of our favorite vegetables are old time varieties that people currently call "Heirloom". It is with great pleasure that we offer up our favorites for you.

Urfa Biber is a renowned pepper from Turkey. They have a smoky, raisin-like flavor. The fruits are picked deep red as shown in our photo, but are typically sun-dried and wrapped tightly at night to sweat the peppers. This infuses the dried pepper with the remaining moisture of the fruit. The result is that the pepper turns a deep purple. It is then flaked.
