Bulk Wild Fresh Matsutake - 100 Pounds

Wholesale pricing on our most popular gourmet mushroom: Matsutake. Pricing is for 100 pounds of uncleaned/trimmed mushrooms as seen in the pictures (for flavor retention - Matsutake are not to be cleaned or trimmed until time of use). Mixed grades will be sent (Grades A-C or 1-3) with as much of the order being Grade A as we can. Lowest grades will not be included in these orders.

Orders can also be split upon request. EXAMPLE: 10 shipments of 10 pounds over the course of a couple weeks. Send us a message if you would like to set something like this up! Please allow us a week to get your bulk order shipped.

**Matsutake are shipped Monday-Wednesday country wide (including Hawaii and Alaska!). Northeastern US will also be shipped on Thursdays. We want to make sure that everyone receives their mushrooms fresh and having them sitting in the post office over the weekend does not do any good! All orders are shipped using 2-day priority shipping and are packaged using a dry-ship method. Because of this, the mushrooms can lose 10-20% of their weight while being shipped. We keep this in mind when packaging orders and try to throw a little more than what was ordered to account for shrinkage.**
