We blended 3 mushrooms, seasonally, with pink Himalayan salt to make this savory blend. We start with our homegrown shiitakes and add in wild porcini, maitake and morels depending on the season.
Use this salt to cook with or sprinkle over egg dishes, vegetables, meats on anything really!!
