Drinking Pine Needle Tea has often been used to help with symptoms of depression, for people on the path to loosing weight, allergies and also to help fight against high blood pressure. Pine needles contain antioxidants. These reduce free radicals, which are harmful to humans and can cause disease. Taoist priests drank pine needle tea as they believed it made them live longer.! We all need more of that!

Welcome to the wonderful place we call home, nestled in the mountains of the Adirondack State Park in New York State. As well as foraging off our 117 acres of mixed hardwoods, spruce and pine, we also grow our own root crops using heirloom seeds and fertilizer from our horse, no pesticides used at all.
We pride ourself on offering freshly foraged mushrooms, and plants that I turn in to teas as well as selling them loose leaf and also plan to offer flour alternatives too. Our health is the most important thing we have and I want to give you the opportunity to become stronger without breaking the bank :)
Thank you for trying my teas, I appreciate your support,
All the best,
Melanie, Season 10, ALONE show contestant.
