These organic red onions are pickled with California red wine vinegar and dried hibiscus flowers to create a deliciously versatile pickle. We tend to add these pickled red onions to everything.

At Caviar de Terre we are on a mission to shine a light on those things we think are the "Caviar of Earth". On the surface we produce and sell Fresh Australian Finger Limes, and associated products from Northern California, some of which you might not find anywhere else in the world. Fresh fruit are available seasonally starting in Late October and ending usually in Early to Mid December depending on availability. Packaged goods are available in Limited Quantities until sold out. We also aim to be a hub for access to some of the best products in the world, and will shine a light on products from various producers of super delicious offerings from Northern California.
