These are the male co-parts to blue/green egg laying hens.
We raise them to the same standard as our premium Delaware and American Bresse breeds(we actually raise them all together in the same pen). Because these birds do not have the same meat characteristics as those purebreds and the Del x Bresse hybrid, we pass them along at a discount. Generally recommended as soup birds though they do have similar whole leg cuts to the A. bresse.
