Each bag of acorn flour is 200 grams of Acorn Flour made from Valley Oaks in a commercial kitchen. They are shelled, boiled, roasted, ground and bagged in a commercial kitchen. Our Acorn crop was delayed dropping so we have to wait to process our acorns until they have dried. I will let you know when we are able to process them.
