  • 1 Small pot

Materials

  • 1 tbsp Ground Chaga /products/ground-chaga
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat 2-3 cups of water to approximately 176 degrees Farenheit
    3 cups Water
  • Add one tablespoon of ChagaĀ (or an equivalent or slightly greater amount of chaga chunks).
    1 tbsp Ground Chaga
  • With the tablespoon of Chaga in the pot, simmer for a minimum ofĀ 45 minutesĀ while stirring occasionally. Longer steeping times will result in a richer tea. Do not boil water!
  • Pour into cup (filtering grounds is optional ā€“ most sink to bottom)
  • Optional ā€“ add honey for some sweetness!
    1 tsp Honey (optional)
