How to Make Chaga Tea
Equipment
- 1 Small pot
Materials
- 1 tbsp Ground Chaga /products/ground-chaga
- 3 cups Water
- 1 tsp Honey (optional)
Instructions
- Heat 2-3 cups of water to approximately 176 degrees Farenheit3 cups Water
- Add one tablespoon of ChagaĀ (or an equivalent or slightly greater amount of chaga chunks).1 tbsp Ground Chaga
- With the tablespoon of Chaga in the pot, simmer for a minimum ofĀ 45 minutesĀ while stirring occasionally. Longer steeping times will result in a richer tea. Do not boil water!
- Pour into cup (filtering grounds is optional ā most sink to bottom)
- Optional ā add honey for some sweetness!1 tsp Honey (optional)
